This is my version of a delicious pancit palabok/pancit luglug
INGREDIENTS
-250g bihon noodles (I used 250g bihon noodles in the video not 125g sorry)
-1head chopped garlic
-1Tbsp annatto seeds
-1pc chopped onion
-250g ground pork
-pork broth (about 4-6cups)
-1pc shrimp cube
-annatto extract
-slurry (about 1/2cup all purpose flour dissolved in almost 1cup water)
-fish sauce (as needed)
-chopped spring onions
-sliced hard boiled egg
-crispy fried pork chopped
-calamansi
-crushed chicharon
