Hello everyone it’s Katie, welcome back to another video. Today I decided to try and re-teach myself how to do an aerial. When I used to do gymnastics I could do an aerial but I haven’t been able to aerial for like 2 years. I was shocked when I actually did it and not only did I do it from a run I managed to reduce it down to a few steps! In the end I was annoyed with myself because I didn’t do it from one step, which I have never been able to do anyway. So, that is my next goal!
