The sahaba used to use date pits in order to keep track of their Dhikr. If you are making adhkaar that requires counting and if counting on fingers is confusing you or you are unable to keep track of those numbers properly, you are allowed to use tasbee, misbah or electronic devices.

Although, make sure you make an effort to count the adhkaar after your salaah on your fingers because of an authentic hadith. Make sure you are consistent and make quality dhikr.
