A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be invited to do the Kris Karl photography podcast. After Kris and I had our chat he gave me a shoot challenge, I had to shoot an editorial style shoot with a female model wearing all black shot on black and white film. So I used the Pentax 67 and two rolls of Ilford XP2. I think there may have been an issue with the development of the film. It was more grainy than usual and was lacking details in the shadows and they were a bit muddy. But I still think they look good and worked well for the shoot style. I also worked on using movement and motion blur in a few of the shots and I liked the ghostly look that I got. I hope you enjoyed the video if so please subscribe.
