In this video, Swami Mukundananda relates the teachings of Bhagavad Gita by explaining the concepts of Life and Death from the soul's perspective. We are all eternal souls who have taken this Human Form. When we consider ourselves as souls, we don't need to fear Death. What we call Death is merely the transmigration of the soul from one body to another. Even in our current life, we have changed bodies multiple times. We had the body of a child, teenager, Adult, and so on. The wise persons who consider themselves as souls will never ever get deluded by birth and death. When we realize God, we will be freed from this cycle of birth and death.
