One of biggest metro stations in istanbul we provided 4D planning consultancy service to İstanbul Metro Municipality. In this animation we applied lean 4d method technique. Also one key point is that method statement was used in this project. It helps the main project planning and mobilization plan. We implemented detailed equipment management system according to Project Manager. All equipments were matched to scheduling activities in Synchro Pro software.
