For Chatney/Sauces:
Red Chatney:
▪️Tomatoes 4
▪️Green Chillis 2-3 (mild)
▪️Half Lemon Juice
▪️Salt To Taste
▪️Ketchup/Sweet Chili Sauce 3 Tablespoons
🥢Blend

For Green Chatney:
▪️Garlic Cloves 3
▪️Green Chillis 3 (mild)
▪️Fresh Mint Bunch 1
▪️Fresh Coriander Bunch 1
🥢 Blend

For Masala:
▪️Tandoori Masala 1 Tablespoon
▪️Chat Masala 1 Tablespoon
▪️Zeera Powder 1 Tablespoon
▪️Mango Powder/Anardana Powder 1 Tablespoon
🥢 Mix

Other Ingredients:
▪️Afghani Flatbread 4
▪️Fried Sausages 4-5
▪️Sliced Onion 1
▪️Sliced Cabbage Small 1
▪️Boiled Eggs 3-4
▪️French Fries 1 Plate
▪️Sliced Tomatoes 2
▪️Sliced Cucumbers (optional)
▪️Ketuchup (optional)
▪️Mayonnaise (optional)
▪️Chat Masala (separately served)

Notes:
▪️Mark deep cuts in sausages and then deep fry for 4-5 minutes.
▪️You can use thin naan if you can't find Afghani naan.
▪️You can use ketuchup and mayonnaise.
▪️Green chatney is optional.
▪️You can also use only chat masala instead of masala given in the recipe.
