Story:
After the birth of Athena from Zeus' head, Tara, consumed by anger and jealousy, resolved to conceive and bear a child without Zeus' involvement. She consumed a magical herb to achieve this, giving birth to her son without a father. However, upon his birth, it became evident that he bore a physical deformity.
Hera, repulsed by her son's appearance, reacted with disappointment and anger, casting Hephaestus from Mount Olympus. Severely injured from the fall, Hephaestus was rescued by Thetis and Eurynome, who sheltered him in a cave beneath the ocean for the next nine years.
Eventually, Hephaestus sought revenge. He crafted a Golden Throne of such exquisite beauty that Hera eagerly accepted it. Yet, the moment she sat upon it, she found herself ensnared by delicately fashioned, invisible cords, crafted by Hephaestus. Despite many gods attempting to persuade Hephaestus to release Hera, offering him a place on Olympus in return, he remained unmoved until Dionysus intervened, causing him to relent and release his mother.
