1. French President Francois Hollande, Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo and French Prime Minister Manuel Valls unveiling a plaque and laying a wreath where police officer Ahmed Merabet was killed
STORYLINE:
French President Francois Hollande laid a wreath and unveiled a plaque on Tuesday at the spot in Paris where a police officer was killed outside the offices of satirical magazine, Charlie Hebdo.
He was accompanied by Prime Minister Manuel Valls and the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo.
France is marking a year since Islamic extremists targeted the satirical magazine as well as a kosher market on January 7-9, killing 17 people.
