30ml Raspberry Syrup
100ml Tonic water

20ml Cucumber Syrup
100ml Tonic water

Method:
Pour a double shot of espresso into the shaker
Add 40gms of ice cubes and shake well for 5 seconds
Add 20ml of Raspberry syrup and 40gms of ice cubes to serving
glasses
Pour in 100mls of Tonic water
Lastly, pour the iced shaken espresso into the serving glass and
top with mint leaves and Raspberry fruit
