We have confirmed that each MILF combatant is entitled to 1 Million Pesos. And with 40,000 members unable to receive their share, this puts a strain to the normalization track. Tied with the financial constraint amounting to a missing 40 Billion Pesos is the failure to heed to Article 16 section 1. We brought forth House Bill that 8222 aims to put all future financial commitments under the Bangsamoro Block Grant in order to prevent this from ever happening again.
