We are in our third and final Caribbean island, Aruba. We went on a walking tour and learned a lot about what to expect from the culture and history, but of course my favorite part was the street food, pastechi. It was hot, light and delicious, I could easily eat 5 of them. Hopefully on my next trip to Aruba, i’ll get to experience more of their street food & culture.
