This yoga sequence has no talking. Please use the poses you see as inspirations for other poses that may feel better in your body to try to do. Practicing breathing and listening to your body to guide you through your flow. Like a fingerprint, your practice may never look the same way twice and it may even look different on either side. So put down your worries and just trust in what naturally comes next.
