Welcome to today's intermediate/advanced vinyasa yoga flow!
Today I am joined by a student of mine so that you can see the sequence from 2 different angles. This sequence is challenging as we will work towards an arm balance called flying pigeon and move through unusual and tricky transitions that will demand a heightened level of focus. This yoga sequence is overall strength building and hip opening.
