In patch 10.7 we see huge buffs to dark star, Chrono, Snipers, Jhin, etc.
On the flip side on patch 10.7 we see big nerfs to legendary units like Gangplank, MF, Aurelion Sol, Ekko, and Lulu.
Very little changes to things like blasters, brawlers, vanguards, and blademasters.
Some of the most interesting changes are to mana reaver, Kassadin, Darius, and Chrono.
Greatest change we see is hopefully we can finally say goodbye to our fellow Rebel scum.
