here is a mouth watering recipe for you.. A special from Kerala Streets and Beaches..called Uppllittathu. means Picked vegetables or fruits.. Just try and enjoy the taste..!!

any vegetables or fruits as per your choice and taste..
I used, Gooseberry, Raw MAngo, Cucumber, Carrot and Pine apple

Water Solution for 1 Ltr
Water - 1 Ltr
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
