Dough recipe:
Water mixture: Combine 2.5 cups warm water, 1 tsp fine sea salt, 1/2 tsp sugar in a large bowl
In a separate large bowl add 1 kg “00” flour and make a well in the middle. Slowly pour water mixture into well and add 7g (2 1/4 tsp) instant dry yeast.
Begin beating water in yeast with a fork until fully dissolved. Slowly incorporate flour until dough begins to form.
Place dough on surface and knead 5-7 min. Drizzle olive oil on dough and bowl and place in bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise about 15-20 min. Then separate into smaller dough balls and place in separate containers for 30 min.
**For any dough ball not being used right away, put in fridge or freezer.

Preheat oven 400F (if you are cooking on pizza stone, place in oven while it is heating up) Make your pizza and cook about 10-15 min. #buonappetito #sa7tain
