Since a lot of you are asking, here's a vlog on what I eat and what my food rules are after trying so many diets! Made it a home edition since I've been at home for the past three weeks!

ISRAELI SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 lemon wedge (approx. 1/6th of a lemon)
- Olive oil (approx. 1 table spoon)
- Salt and pepper
- Tahini (1.5 tablespoons)
Optional:
- Bell pepper (2 tablespoons)
- Onion (2 tablespoons) bell pepper & onion
Steps:
- Remove seeds and dice cucumbers and tomatoes
- Add in juice from lemon wedge
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Add the Tahini
- Add finely diced bell pepper
