‘OPENING AS A PASSAGE’ is an invitation to explore a multifaceted world, evolving from the shape of light, and expanding to furnishings. VeniceM specialise in hand-finished precious metals and Murano glass pendants, wall lights, table lamps and floor lamps; and the new collection, unveiled at the Salone del Mobile 2023, celebrates Venicem’s 10 years in the field of international design.

Products with a strong stylistic identity and visual presence generate an engaging and sensory experience. In an accessible space, where boundaries are blurred, observers are active figures and protagonists in their synergistic interaction with the Venicem collection.

The ZEN collection interprets a design that is as essential as it is futuristic, giving shape to sophisticated glass discs of light. This lamp comes in suspended and wall-mounted versions, with light or dark burnished brass structures. The smokey grey or bronze glass shades are available in three different sizes, allowing one to create dynamic compositions.

The intangibility of light converses with the materiality of metal. The BISSA Suspension lamp is characterized by an evocative burnished brass hand curved structure supported by thin steel cables. The light follows the movement of its sinuous curves, tracing a suspended luminous trail.
The purity of the CROSS lamp’s glass tubes encapsulates the light, rendering it soft and enveloping. Its light or dark burnished brass structure contains elements that are almost imperceptible, denoting extreme stylistic attention to detail. It is available as a suspension version - with clever joints that can be adjusted to change the angle of he glass tubes they grip - and as a wall version, which can also be used both horizontally and vertically, with smoky grey or bronze glass.

The OPTICAL series is enriched by two new ideas. Its structure, defined by interpenetrating primary forms, is made of light burnished brass, and supports a trihedron glass diffuser that is available in crystal, smoky or amber colours. The wall lamp version can be angled vertically or horizontally while the floor lamp emphasizes the concept of a super sleek vertical floor stand
