antiperspirant vs natural deodorant?! BOTH are fine. Antiperspirants help stop sweating and therefore odor, and natural deodorants use essential oils to mask smells. In my patients, I have seen many allergic reactions to natural deodorants, but if you are not allergic to it and you happen to love it, then go right ahead. but stop demonizing aluminum containing anti-perspirant due to erroneous information that has been debunked. For the people who need an aluminum anti-perspirant, please for the love of God use it!
