*ONLY ACT THIS WAY IF YOU KNOW YOUR RIGHTS, THE LAW AND IF THE POLICE TREAT YOU DISRESPECTFULLY!!!* So, just to quickly catch people up as to what happened just before this video starts, I picked my younger brother up from work on a Sunday evening to take him home. We were just pulling up outside his house (roughly 11pm) when a police van pulled in right behind me and the constable driving got out and opened my door on me instantly committing an act of commercial trespass (my brother wasn't recording at this point and missed the first 15 seconds or so of this encounter) to which HE (my brother) then asked the same question I did right at the start of this clip "Is their any particular reason as to why you've stopped us constable?!" A simple and honest question I'm SURE you'll agree and the first thing we ALL ask right??? The constables response however was not in keeping with a public servant.... It wasn't even SLIGHTLY professional AT ALL!!! He answered us with his own question directed at my younger brother...." Is their any particular reason why your being an arse hole?!" Now, THIS, as you can imagine put us BOTH on the back foot wanting to come out swinging at the bell and BOY DID WE BOTH SWING LOL 😂🤣😂🤣 I should ALSO mention that both my brother and I KNOW our rights and we BOTH know the law (not that we have been in jail or anything like that, far from it) we are just both very knowledgeable blokes and obviously we weren't going to let that shit ride, I mean I wasn't speeding, the car was MOT'd, taxed and insured so their was NO REASON TO stop us OR act like this constable did!!! So, with that in mind, we proceeded to school this constable AND his sergeant (who was in the passenger seat of the van) in the manner of the law, soooo.... Acting this way is NOT how either of us would treat the police but it all depends on how they treat us! (the public) In the end I didn't assist them in their questioning OR answer them, making them actually do some good old fashioned police work just like they are supposed to and what WE PAY THEM to do! I also only informed them of the laws that I KNEW I wasn't breaking and that they cannot even TRY to make up some bullshit legislation or section of any such (bullshit) law that they THINK they can get me on because, with me they would find it difficult but with me AND my brother they had NO CHANCE AT ALL! We were ALSO not prepared to let them infringe upon our human rights (the same human rights they swore an oath to the crown to protect) If anyone wants to share this then please feel free to do so hopefully it goes viral, let's not allow the police to TRY using bully boy tactics or intimidation on us throwing around their weight and abusing or TRYING to abuse what little bit of power they have!!! I have dealt with police from multiple counties and areas and I can honestly say that not all police are like this but Merseyside police are the worst for this! They have massive egos once they get a badge and a chip on their shoulder, but they don't like it when they find someone who knows their rights and knows the law as good as, if not better than them! They think it is THEM who ask the questions not the other way around and they don't like it when we do ask these questions, at the end of the day, as I said to this constable, THEY are merely a public servant, we are members of the public, they are here to serve us, we pay their wages so, at the end of the day they should be respectful of that and treat us as they'd want to be treated...
