In this video we partnered up with music NFT platform OneOf for a conversation on how Web3 fixes many of the issues that Web2 artists go through with mainstream platforms and record labels that lock them in a contract. NFTs are a new vertical of technology that will finally allow artists to independently put out music, connect with fans in a way never seen before, and receive 100% of the royalties from their music. OneOf’s new CO//SIGN program was made with the vision of onboarding and guiding rising artists into web3 to forge a new creative economy and alleviate the friction in the music industry.
