Industrial visual feel, robotic sounds. Dawless jam at the Woodmill Stellenbosch, beautiful and old derilict buildings with years of history baked in.

Sampled the Microfreak vocoder sounds and mixed them up with some factory Elektron samples. Recorded to computer with the Digitakt audio in & Overbridge. No mastering.

Had tech issues and almost bailed on the shoot, speakers stopped working and forgot my headphone adapter, so resorted to delayed laptop audio. Happy it worked out. Some audio buzz from somewhere but didn't know it was there as I couldn't hear it on the laptop audio 😂.
