Why do people leave jobs, they're not necessarily leaving the job. They're leaving their manager. And they didn't feel that sense of connection we were talking about earlier. They don't feel like their manager has their back. They don't feel like their managers taking the time to invest in them in their career path, asking them what it is they ultimately want to accomplish, providing them the coaching they need to be on that path, providing them feedback. You know, I think having a manager that you know, cares about you and is doing everything within their power to set you up to be successful is what everyone's looking for.
