The full event, which took place at the COEIC and which has been organized by the Geothermal Working Group (GTG) of the Catalan Energy Cluster (CEEC), the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia (ICGC) and the Catalan Institute of Energy (ICAEN), had the participation of more than a hundred professionals in the field of geothermal energy.
This edition was meant to introduce the concept of modern or 5th generation District Cooling and Heating Networks (5GDHC networks).
Six international speakers, among them experts from Denmark, Germany and the United Kingdom, provided a general vision of the application and their experience in using these networks in Europe.
