About the Poncho Eevee Promos:
In Japan, these Eevee promo cards were released as part of the SM-P Promotional set available as part of a Pokémon Center campaign that saw the release of merchandise featuring Eevee donned in ponchos resembling its various evolutions. Starting October 7, 2017 for as long as stocks lasted, customers at participating Pokemon Centers (including the Pokemon Center Online) and Pokemon Stores who purchased five booster packs in one transaction could select 1 of 8 Poncho-wearing Eevee promotional cards.
