Ingredients:
6 chicken drumsticks
10 dried shiitake mushrooms
1 shallot
3 cloves of garlic
1 small ginger
1 can of abalone (4 pieces)
1/2 tbsp soy sauce (to cook with mushrooms)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (to cook with mushrooms)
1 tsp shaoxing wine
about 2 cup mushroom water + additional water to cover mushroom before braising
1 tbsp oyster sauce (after adding abalones)
1 tbsp soy sauce (after adding abalones)
cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce
Chicken marinate:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp shaoxing wine
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Mushroom marinate:
1/5 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil

材料:
6 個 小雞腿
10 個 乾冬菇
1 個 紅蔥頭
3 瓣 蒜頭
1 小塊 薑
1 罐 即食鮑魚 (4 小隻)
1/2 湯匙 生抽 (炆冬菇用)
1 湯匙 蠔油 (炆冬菇用)
1 茶匙 紹興酒
大概兩杯冬菇水 +清水蓋過冬菇來炆冬菇
1 湯匙 蠔油 (放鮑魚之後落)
1 湯匙生抽 (放鮑魚之後落)
粟粉水勾芡
雞醃料:
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1/4 茶匙 糖
1 茶匙 紹興酒
1/2 湯匙 生抽
1/2 湯匙 粟粉
冬菇醃料:
1/5 茶匙 鹽
1/4 茶匙 糖
1 茶匙 油
