Problem: Elderly man with intermittent rectal bleeding following radiation for prostate cancer. Colonoscope: Cap fitted pediatric colonoscope. Lesion: Rectal telangectasia noted just above the anal canal. Treatment: APC 15 Watts, 1 L flow and light application of cautery.
