💥AGILITY💥 is not only about being able cut on a dime. It's all about being able to stick your foot in the ground, rapidly decelerate, change your COG, and reaccelerate as fast as possible.
I wanted to give you an inside look on how we improve our lateral quickness / agility with our Phase 2 Lateral Movement Drills (Band Resistance). I also threw in a “BONUS” speed drill that we implement as part of our Game Speed System.

In the first drill we focus on improving Stride Frequency with our Get The Yards Drill.

The last few weeks we've implemented this drill with no resistance.
Now we've progressed to add resistance.

We'll perform 2 sets of 5secs with both right and left leg forward as part of our speed training session.

3.) Lateral Shuffle with BAND x1 ea way
NO Bands
4.) Lateral Shuffle 5 and BACK! X1 ea way
5.) Shuffle -Sprint x1 ea way
