The first step is to unlock the Horizon Life by completing the game's introduction. Doing so will unlock the Horizon Festival Drag Strip near the Hub.

At this point, you'll need a Hot Hatch in your garage. Feel free to check your garage for one that unlocked through wheelspins, or go to the autoshow and buy one, like the Ford Fiesta ST.

Now head to the event and start it. Hold the gas once the race starts and complete it within 25 seconds to unlock the achievement.
