Unidentified Flying Objects, or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, have been a mystery of years. Cameras have gotten better over the years, but pictures have improved little. Why is that?

Also, yes I know my phone camera quality is bad. I never use it anyway. But that's kinda the point.
