I bought this pull up bar from Romix, it offers several different exercise and workout types including pull ups, chin ups and press ups etc without the need of full gym equipment and can be used almost anywhere in your home.

In this video we're testing the functionality in regards to whether it slips when being used (it shouldn't), it has locking mechanism which works by twisting the bar clockwise so it fits tightly against the door frame. To remove the bar you simply unscrew with your hands anti-clockwise and then the pressure is released.
