Cucumber Radish Salad
a bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
3 scallions, sliced
1 European Cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
salt and pepper
In a medium bowl, stir together radishes, cucumber, scallions, and salt together. Let sit for five minutes. Stir in sour cream/yogurt and pepper. Let the flavors develop for at least one hour before serving.
