Go ahead and surprise your family and friends with your chef skills by preparing this traditional Polish dish!
INGREDIENTS
· 8 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
· 3 potatoes
· 2 large carrots
· 1 large parsnip
· 1 rib of celery
· 6 dill pickles
· Fresh dill
Chop your celery, carrots, parnsnip, potatoes, pickles and dill. In large saucepan, bring stock to boil. Add carrots, parsnip, potatoes, celery. You can add pickles and dill at this point, or reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender and then add them. Serve it hot with sour cream.
