If you missed the #37 - Moonwell can in Spire 4 (Orbit Elevator Lift), you do not need to panic since you can fish for the Moonwell can at the Wasteland's Northern Cavern.
Use Strange bait, plus look out for the !!! mark where you fish out the Fancy Box, and inside the box contains the Moonwell can and other random items.
