Today, we'll take another advanced mobility drill and break it down step by step, so even if you're a total mobility beginner, you can still work on putting together an advanced mobility flow workout.
Our base will be the cossack squat or cossack stretches due to it`s insane effectiveness in pening the hips, stretching and strengthenig the hip flexors. This is more of a dynamic flexibility routine that combines stretching with endurance and strength so we can work on multiple goals in a single training session. This will help us save some time while working more effectively on both strength and stretch.
