Hello! For all the people out there who love to have sweets for breakfasts, but still want their breakfast to be healthy... I am going to share today with you 2 of my favorite healthy jam recipes made with chia seeds. Chia seed jams are super easy to prepare, no effort at all, and in just 20 minutes you'll have a healthy and delicious jam. You can use your chia seed jam to spread over your toast or to prepare your pastry creations, or just add it to your vegan yogurt for more flavor. Today I am going to make first an orange chia seed jam, which I personally love. I highly recommend giving it a try! Toast with orange chia jam is my favorite tea time snack :) And the second recipe is a strawberry chia seed jam. Simply delicious and healthy!
