INGREDIENTS
- Lauki (peeled & diced)
- Soaked Black chana
- Oil Or Ghee
- Bayleaf / tej patta
- cumin
- turmeric
- fenugreek
- garam masal
- sabji masala
- Onion chopped
- Water
- Salt
- Green chilli
- Dry red chillies
- Ginger-garlic
- Coriander chopped
Method:
Heat a pressure cooker add oil, Add jeera/cumin seed, methi / fenugreek, red chilli, green chilli, garlic and crackle it,
Then add chopped onion, cook for 2-3 minute.
Then add black chana and sauté
then add tomato
Add cumin , turmeric , red chilli, garam masala to diced lauki and stir fry lauki.
Add diced lauki and saute it for a few seconds.
Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,salt, slit green chilli, soaked chana dal, some water salt, and cook for 4 whistles.
Lately add chopped coriander.
Lauki chane ki dal is ready to serve.
