Live Q&A #122 – Epic Epoxy Inlays with Shane Peters and Rob Sandstrom
LOTS more down here ↓↓↓ Click SHOW MORE!
This week, I'll be joined by my guests, Shane Peters of Shane’s Hardwoods and Rob Sandstrom of Generations Custom Creations to talk about their glorious epoxy inlay work.
Most of us were introduced to Shane Peters in his presentation at Vectric’s 2021 Worldwide Users Group Meeting, where he displayed some of his work. A good percentage of us left that presentation with a multitude of questions. Shane has become a master of intricate epoxy-on-epoxy inlays, through years of testing, trial and error, and he has agreed to help answer those questions LIVE.
Rob Sandstrom is a woodworker and creator who has become known for his epoxy inlay work, and he’s created several projects on his CNC router, incorporating epoxy inlays in the various projects he creates. We’ll talk about his educational journey under Shane’s direction, and his experiences in taking on this process himself.
Together, their work has to be seen to be believed, and I’m sure you’ll not only be impressed, you’ll be motivated to try the process yourself.
Shane, Rob, and I will also answer your CNC and Vectric Software questions that pertain to this technique. So, join us at 1 pm Pacific Time, 4 pm Eastern Time for this Special Live Q&A!
As usual, if you have any comments or questions, please put ‘em in the comment section below.
Thanks for watching!
