1 kg- mutton
500g - shaki
Red fish
3 Cans - Tomatoes
1 tin - tomato puree (170grams)
6 - onions
Small - medium size - ginger
6 cloves - garlic
2 Tsp - garlic paste
2 Tsp - ginger paste
Sunflower oil for the stew

Seasoning:
4 - Bay leaves
½ - nutmeg
1 - shrimp cube
1 - meat stock cube
1 - maggi cube
1 Tsp - all-purpose seasoning
1 Tsp - shrimp powder seasoning
¼ Tsp - cloves powder
1 Tsp - white pepper powder
½ Tsp - fennel powder
1 Tbsp - curry powder
½ Tsp - thyme
salt to taste
