The recipe I used in April 2017 to win the Catalonia Regionals of Spanish Aeropress Championship:

- 23 grams of freshly ground coffee (medium coarse)
- Add 60 ml of water at 89 degrees celsius
- Stir 3 times and press out in 30 seconds
- Separate the extraction into another cup
- Add 170 ml of water to the Aeropress.
- Wait until 1:00 and press until 1:40
- Add first extraction back to second extraction to taste (start with 30 ml)

The recipe was inspired by Eldric Kuzma of Aubade Coffee in Vancouver, who also makes the very unique Aeropress filters used in this video ([ Ссылка ]). Try it out, have fun, and leave any feedback in the comments!
