Homemade Pasta Dough Recipe
Makes 2 Batches (1 Pound)
Ingredients:
11/4 cups all-purpose flour
11/4 cups semolina flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground
pepper, optional
1 large egg, beaten
3 large egg yolks, beaten
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Water
Directions:
1. Add the flours, salt and pepper, if desired, to the Mixing Chamber. Close the lid.
2. Add the egg, yolks, oil and enough water to reach the 2-batch line on your
Liquid Measuring Cup.
3. Press the Power Button and then press the Batch Button twice to select
two batches.
4. Slowly add the liquid to the Mixing Chamber along the entire length of the
slot in the lid.
5. The Pasta & Beyond will automatically extrude the pasta when it is ready.
Use the Spatula/Cleaning Tool to cut the pasta to the desired length as it
is extruded.
