The baby freeze requires ZERO strength and is pure technique. Doesn’t matter how your body composition is – everybody can learn this cool & easy move. Make sure to keep body tension at all times to prevent injuries and have a proper warm up before you start.
Stick your arms to your hips and legs and image BEING A SEESAW with your arms balancing your body. The baby freeze is easier than it looks and you can learn it at home, in the gym or wherever you want! Good luck!
