Develop a C++ program that prompts the user to enter a working hours, hourly pay rate, and then the program displays the gross pay of the person. If the working hours are between 0 to 40, the person is paid as hourly rate times hours worked. The hours worked more than 40 will be paid 1.5 times of the hourly wage.
