Nothing is really missable. You have a chapter select on the main menu.

In A Plague Tale: Innocence you have to find the 13 Flowers for Hugo's Herbarium, 11 Gifts, 26 Curiosities, and 5 Alchemist Carts. You can see what you have missed in the chapter select, except for the alchemist carts. There are 9 chapter-specific trophies, which you can find also in this guide and in a separate video too.

Make sure you search the levels very well. For the platinum, you have to upgrade your sling and your equipment fully. Concentrate on that first and don't waste materials on the alchemist upgrades until you have the trophies. It is absolutely possible to upgrade everything in one playthrough. Leather and fabrics are very rare in the game, so don't waste these, for example for Luminosa.

In Chapter 10 - The Way of Roses you can find one gift, two curiosities, one flower and one Alchemist Cart.
