Hello everyone, in today's episode i am making tikka masala, aka butter chicken. Very popular dish, simple and incredibly tasty. It's a low caloric version of this dish with huge 50g protein per serving.
Ingredients:
600g chicken breast
220 g Full fat yoghurt
1.5 white onion
A lot of garlic
Ginger
Olive oil
1 Can of crushed tomatoes
Spices:
Turmeric
cumin seeds
cloves
cardamon pods
cinnamon
peppercorns
coriander seeds
cayenne
Naan flatbread:
400 g of flour
200 ml of water
7 g of dry yeast
10 g of sugar
5g of salt
Adjust flour if needed
