(4) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance to Approve
Commercial Building Facades at Aiken Towne Park on Whiskey Road.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CONCEPT PLAN FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT AIKEN TOWNE PARK.
(5) Second Reading and Public Hearing of an Ordinance Authorizing the
City of Aiken to Waive its Right of First Refusal to Property in Ventures
Industrial Park Owned by Newman Technology.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF AIKEN TO
WAIVE ITS RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL IN THE PROPERTY
OWNED BY NEWMAN TECHNOLOGY SOUTH CAROLINA, INC.
AND LOCATED IN VENTURES INDUSTRIAL PARK.
NEW BUSINESS: Consideration of:
(1) First Reading and Public Hearing pf an Ordinance to Amend the City
Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25 to include Carry Over Funds from the
2023-24 budget.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE CITY OF
AIKEN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2024, AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 2025.
