500 Rep Bodyweight Workout Challenge
For time perform each exercise for 10 reps one after the other with little to no rest in between for 5 straight rounds.

2. Abs In and Outs
3. Alternate Reverse Lunge to Side Lunges
4. Push Ups
5. Predator/Jumping Jacks
6. Superman Shoulder Press
7. Mountain Climbers
8. Air Squats
9. Bear Crawl Shoulder Taps
