The Seattle Police Department on Wednesday released graphic body-worn camera video of a mass shooting during a community safety event on Friday.
Five people were shot shortly before 9 p.m. Friday at the community event being held in the parking lot of the Rainier Avenue South Safeway grocery store, police said.
Videos shared by the police department show officers rendering aid to the shooting victims until the Seattle Fire Department could arrive, and securing the scene.
A male and female in their 20s were transported to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition, police said. Two males in their 20s were transported to Harborview in stable condition, and a male in his 30s was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Police said the circumstances leading up to the shooting are unknown, and no suspects have been identified.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward or submit an anonymous tip.
