PEANUT TIKOY ROLL

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1 & 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 cup roasted ground peanut (for coating)
Peanut butter (for filling)

NOTE: Kung gagamit kayo ng "cling wrap" Just make sure you read the carton, it should tell you the safe temperatures. Pag hindi kayo sigurado wag kayong gumamit ng "cling wrap" i-grease nyo nalang ng melted butter or oil ang baking pan na gagamitin nyo, Thank you for watching God bless
